This is an 84m2 unit, with 3 suites comfortably accommodating 8 people. Fully equipped with appliances, kitchen utensils, air conditioning in all rooms ready to receive you in comfort.

Our units have dedicated Internet access with a speed of 50Mb, allowing you to work from home in comfort.

We have PRIVATE PARKING on the BEACH and Beach Service with umbrellas and chairs.

Located in the newly opened Condomínio Brisas do Camburyzinho, our proposal is to provide you with leisure, comfort and practicality next to nature.

You will be

We have dedicated access per unit of internet with 50 Mb of speed, providing the possibility to combine leisure and work in a pleasant way.

The suites are configured as follows:

Suite 2 with 01 single bed and 01 single bunk bed, closet, air conditioning and ceiling fan
Suite 3 with 1 trellis, closet, air conditioning and ceiling fan


Living room, dining room with air conditioning, Smart TV with internet access, balcony integrated into the living room with barbecue, kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave and other utensils, two parking spaces.

Adult pool with infinity edge, children's pool, tennis court and beach tennis court in the common area of ​​the condominium.

The condo has a laundry room with washing machine and dryer (not included)

The condominium has beach service with the availability of chairs and umbrella.

We do not provide towels and bedding, bring them from home.


Note: We are not responsible for objects or valuables stored in the safe available in the unit. The password of the same is changed at each lease and only the guest responsible for the lease receives the same.

Our units were decorated with the aim of providing comfort and practicality for our guests. They are fully equipped with appliances and utensils allowing you to feel at home.

All rooms have air conditioning, and in the rooms we also have ceiling ventilation if you prefer.

Smart TV with internet access and SKY are also available in the units.

And of course, we could not fail to provide a barbecue in the unit itself, allowing you to enjoy incredible moments with your family or friends.

In December we opened our private parking lot in front of the beach, providing ease if you want to travel by car.

Our beach service provides chairs and umbrellas directly on the beach, so you don't have to worry about anything.

Our condominium has 24-hour security, so we always ask after booking to inform us of the guests and vehicles data so that we can have better control over access.

I am always available to clarify doubts that may arise before or even during your stay, thus ensuring that you enjoy your stay to the fullest.

The condominium is located on Praia de Camburizinho, on the north coast of São Paulo and shares the also famous Praia de Camburi. It has a larger expanse of sand and is ideal for surfing, and access is via the sand across the Camburi River, which often has water below the knee, or via the asphalt via the main road.

Camburizinho beach has a small expanse of sand and has a quiet environment that is often family friendly.

The Camburizinho region is all monitored by cameras, which greatly increases the security issue.

On the main street you will find several options of restaurants, bars, pizzerias and markets.

To locate the condominium is very easy, just put in the waze "Brisas de Camburyzinho" and you will be directed to the entrance of our facilities.

Access to the beach can be done on foot, about 450 meters separate our condominium from the beach. Or if you want to use a car for displacement, we have a private parking lot in front of the beach access.
